Problem

We answer the same questions all day

Repeat questions and copying data by hand eat hours a small team doesn’t have. Slow replies lose leads to whoever answers first.

This is for you if…

  • Support answers the same ten questions every day
  • Leads wait hours for a reply and go cold
  • Someone copies data between tools by hand

The diagnosis

Why this happens.

Repeat questions and copying data by hand eat hours a small team doesn’t have. Slow replies lose leads to whoever answers first.

What not to do

[YOU]: the most expensive automation mistake you have seen a client make before calling you.

How I’d approach it

I map the repetitive work with the people who do it today, automate most of it with AI and workflows, and keep a person in the loop wherever judgement is needed.

Where I’ve done this.

Questions I get.

Short answers, straight from me
Can AI handle our repeat questions?

For the questions that come up daily with a predictable answer, yes. I built Lexoffice’s "LUI" assistant with Cognigy back in 2019, and chatbot.ac runs similar assistants in production today.

Will it feel robotic to our customers?

Not if it only answers what it knows and hands over to a person when a question goes further. I plan that handover from day one.

What do we automate first?

Whatever your team answers most often. We map the work with the people doing it before building anything.

Who supports it once it’s live?

chatbot.ac builds and supports the assistant every month, so it keeps working as your product and questions change.
