Free UX audit · for anyone who asks

Send me your website.

I go through it like a first-time visitor and send back a short video and your top five fixes, ranked. Free, and you don’t have to get on a call.

Request your audit.

Two fields are enough. The rest helps me look in the right places.

One email with your audit. No newsletter, no follow-up sequence.

What you get.

  • VideoA walkthrough of your siteAbout ten minutes. I visit like a first-time customer and say out loud where I hesitate, get lost or give up.
  • Top 5Your five biggest fixes, rankedIn plain words, starting with the one that costs you the most enquiries.
  • This weekQuick winsThe fixes your team can make in an afternoon, without a developer or a redesign.

What I look at.

The same checks I use in live critiques on stage
  • 5 secondsIs it clear what you do?
  • PathIs there one obvious next step?
  • PhoneDoes it work with a thumb?
  • SpeedDoes it load before people leave?
  • FormsDo people finish them?
  • TrustWould a stranger believe you?

Questions.

Before you send it
Why is it free?

Because doing the work is the most honest way to show how I work. Most people fix things on their own afterwards. Some ask me to help, and that’s fine too.

Is there a catch?

No. You get one email with your audit. No newsletter, no sales sequence. If you want to talk afterwards, you reply.

How long does it take?

Usually within five working days. If a lot of requests come in at once, I’ll tell you when to expect it.

Which websites can I send?

Any public website or landing page, in English or German. Not apps behind a login.

How is it different from the UX X-Ray?

The free audit looks at the visitor’s path through your site. The X-Ray is a full week on five pillars: UX, speed, accessibility, SEO and security, with a ranked fix list and a walkthrough call.
